The third and final exhibition in our season at the interface of art and popular culture, this exhibition showcases two dominant forms in contemporary urban scene: the fly poster and the zine. Curated by Misha Hollenbach and Shauna Toohey, the creative team behind the internationally acclaimed Melbourne-based PAM design label, the photocopier posters and radical zines are presented within a total concept environment. Ultra stylised and fiercely specialist, the installation brings together work by scores of photographers and artists from the diverse backgrounds: Asian skate culture, American graffiti art and Australian underground and much more...
