Science and art collide as the ACP boldly goes into outer space. From super star to super nova this exhibition explores the ways in which the human mind seeks to visualise the enormity of what lies beyond our atmosphere… and sometimes bring it down to earth! Spectacularly installed, Spaced Out offers an exciting environment in which to experience a galaxy of imagery from the grand and the beautiful to the playful and irreverent. With photography and video by artists and scientists, by cosmonauts and wannabes, "It's art Jim, but not as we know it".
